How to Request a Refund
Simply email us at support@lipcur.com and let us know you'd like a refund. That's it. You do not need to return the product - you can keep it.
Refund Details
- You have 120 days from the date of delivery to request a refund
- You do not need to return the product
- Your full purchase price of $24.95 will be refunded
- Refunds are issued back to your original payment method
- We process your refund on our end within 24 hours of your request
- Once processed, your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund - this is outside of our control
Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@lipcur.com with a photo of the damage. We will offer you a full refund or a free replacement - whichever you prefer.
Lost or Missing Orders
If your order is lost in transit, contact us and we will either reship your order or issue a full refund - your choice.
